Welcome to TROVI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trovi.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our store

TROVI is a curated multi-market discovery store: we select products from partners in Korea, the United States, and beyond, and arrange fulfillment directly from our suppliers' warehouses to your door.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

We do our best to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time, with a full refund where payment was taken. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we received it; this does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud or stock issues) — if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we never store your full card details.

5. Discount codes

Promotional codes are limited to one per order and, unless stated otherwise, one use per customer. They cannot be combined with other discounts, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the TROVI name, logo, texts, and layout — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to interfere with its operation or security, no scraping or unauthorized data collection.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer law grants you.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TROVI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.
