30 days to change your mind, on every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our policy

• 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Full refund to your original payment method once the return is processed

How to start a return

Email hola@trovi.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — no need to return the damaged item.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the return is approved. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
